Violences mathématiques is a video performance based on a poem that presents itself as a form of projection for the event. The work is based on a poem he wrote at the time of the pandemic. The poem responds to the violence of the media, in particular the dehumanizing attitudes towards the death toll, with an ideological differential judgment. In his poem, he addresses the feelings and criticisms aroused by this violence.
It was created in the context of the artists mobilisation(Gaze en Gaza) in paris for support the Palestinian people. It alerts us to the fact that behind every number lies a life that refuses to be mediatized, abstracted and generalized.
